Join us Mother's Day for brunch in the Conference Center at Apple Mountain.  Two seatings available:  12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.  Reservations required.  A variety of salads including Greek Salad Platter, Apple Mountain Chicken Salad, Cucumber & Red Onion Salad, carved ham, sliced roast beef with au jus, Beef Stroganoff with egg noodles, Roasted Chicken, Chicken Marsala, Salon with dill sauce plus Seafoord  Newberg. Starches include Roasted Red Skin Potatoes and Rice Pilaf.  Our brunch also includes made to order omelets, waffles, bacon and sausage.  The Children's Buffet includes Chicken Tenders, Hot Dogs, Pizza and Tater Tots.  We will have an assortment of desserts plus our famous Chocolate Fountain.
